With memberships costing less than the price of a coffee a day, you can enjoy private membership to the business club. With private meeting rooms and spaces available, great service, printer services, good WIFI and a coded entrance to impress your clients, why not give us a try! Who is permitted to join?


  • Anyone in business, management or lone workers; sole traders, partnership, limited companies and corporates.
  • We welcome members of all local business networking groups as we are not exclusive to any one organisation: we regularly see members of The Inspiration Space, Connect Surrey, Guildford Hub, BNI, 4N, BoB, Surrey Chambers of Commerce, Fabulous Women & Marvellous Men, The IoD and Surrey Event Professionals.
  • Anyone wanting to enjoy the friendly and productive environment and its many member benefits.


Opening Hours


  • Open Monday to Thursday 10:00 till 15:00.
  • Option to open earlier or later subject to an additional private hire charge.
  • Closed bank holidays and the Christmas period (detailed in our website).

  • Bring your own food in option or feel free to use our Deliveroo account service

Membership Options


  • Monthly membership, with all benefits as mentioned above = £59.00 per month (or £590 per annum) + £49 one off joining fee
  • Occasional user day pass (with up to 2 guests) = £15.00 per day
  • If you’re a member of Connect Surrey, Surrey Chambers of Commerce, The Inspiration Space, Surrey Event Professionals or the Guildford Hub, ask about their exclusive offer deals.


Optional extras:


  • Exclusive use of the meeting room (up to 12 guests) = £25.00 per hour (min of three hours hire)
  • Coffee pass (unlimited supply of tea, coffee & soft drinks) = £25.00 per month

How to sign up


If interested, we recommend you first pop into Tudor for a coffee and look round the venue. During this time, we will explain the format of the club and see if it’s for you. To come in simply call (01483 300999 Mon-Fri 10-3) or email us ([email protected]) to arrange a good time to come in and look round.


Signing up is as easy as 1,2,3:


  1. After your visit and if you’re happy simply let us know.
  2. We will need you to set up a monthly bank transfer to Tudor Antiques, that you can cancel anytime you wish.
  3. Once done, we’ll add you to our members email list for the door code and newsletter. You then can come in
    anytime we’re open.

Is there any restriction to who comes in?

Yes, under our licensing laws, and feedback from our existing users, the following is not permitted:

  • No persons under 18, including babies and small children
  • No pets, except trained assistance dogs
  • No one who displays loud, annoying, or abusive behaviours

Can I bring friends, colleagues and clients in or do they need to pay?

As part of your membership you can invite up to two friends, colleagues and clients in at any one time, these would be covered by your membership and only have to pay for refreshments. Your friends, colleagues and clients cannot however use your membership when not with you or there to meet you. They would simply have to then apply and pay for their own membership.

Can I try first before signing up and is cancelling easy?

Yes to both questions!

You can come in once to try for FREE, then if you’re still not sure about the commitment, you can always use the day passes at just £15 per day.

Cancelling is easy, simply let us know and cancel your monthly payment you set up. If you’re away for a time and not local you can even cancel and rejoin as it suits.
